Reservations

Reservations must be made a minimum amount of time in advance of the date and time of the activity, depending on the experience.

Reservations will be subject to availability.

Cancellations and modifications

Cancellations or modifications to the reservation must be made in advance of the start of the activity, depending on the experience.

Cancellations made within this period will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or to a change of date, depending on availability.

Late cancellations

Cancellations made outside the notice periods, as well as no-shows on the day of the activity, will be charged the full amount.

Changes by the organization

The organization reserves the right to modify the date or time of the activity due to organizational, meteorological, or force majeure reasons. In that case, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

Punctuality

It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the activity. In the event of a delay, the recovery of lost time is not guaranteed.
